I muist warn you also the John Wilson fishing series. that is another sucky ass show. The fish aren't that spectactular and John Wilson just wont shut up with his stupid comments it pretty much made me want to turn the show off.

Once you watch Hunt for Big Fish I can't think of a better fishing show in English. The Japanese make good fishing videos you dont have to understand them.

Has anyone been watching Bruce parry's "amazon" ? I ilke his show's but when he goes fishing with the local's i find myself screaming at the tv for him not to get eat that fish.I watched Robson Green's "extreme fishing" pretty good show's .

Any (or if not ALL) of the Jap. vids/Dvd's

Hunt For Big Fish with Larry Dahlberg (2x Dvd's)

MonsterQuest: Gigantic Killer Fish Dvd

Hooked On Monster Fish

Equater: River Of The Sun

The disc on the Amazon is cool, they have some shots of a wild Megaladoras irwinii and a giant Panaque, among other fish.

i saw one on monsterquest. they had looking for big fish all over. mostly focused on rtc, muskies, and mekong cats. didn't get to see all of it. i've also once called "river of fire", which talked about some of the fish in the amazon.

I liked the Killer Instinct "Piranha" Video. Got it from the library :D
