Man that looks awesome your own personal breeding facility i wish i could convince my parents to let me make the same " investment ". Where you moving to ? if its any where far thats alot of work to do just to have to pick it all up and transfer.

Only thing left to do is swap out some of those africans for some SA/CA cichlids

I started in my parents basement after finishing school. Then got a job and bought a house, I'm currently setting up in the new house. No more moves after this, lol.

Honestly can't do the SA cichlids they are too big for 90 percent of fish keepers. Convicts are really about the largest most people we encounter can handle. Most people don't have 6 ft tanks that are required to keep a jack dempsey or oscar or festae. the standard 55 most of our clients have can't handle that.
