i was at balboa islad monday and caught some stingrays , bat ray , perch, and yellow crooker (i beleive thats how you spell it ) ... not bad for off season fishing

Hands down the best lake around here is Laguna Niguel Lake. Its a pay lake, but if you rent a boat or float tube it, you will be on FIRE!!! Drop a nightcrawler and catch trout and bass all day long.
