Good habitat for fire belly toads?

Could you guys let me know if this is a good setup for a group of fire belly toads? 45 gal filled 4-5" with water, small waterfall coming down rock, and about a 4" x 30" rectangular land section with moss. Thanks

That setup is friggin awesome!! It would be heaven for some fire belly toads, you could also add some guppies to have some movement below the water.

Thanks man. Thats a good idea bout the guppys didnt think of addin fish. Theyll cohab well together?

Not really sure if that would work, the frogs may try to eat them, and the guppies would benefit from a cycled filter, which i dont think you added because it isnt really needed for the frogs...

Firebelly toads emit a toxin from their skin that shortens the life spans of fish. I wouldn't add sensitive fish or fish that you care about alot to the tank.

It needs to have shallower areas so they can sit half in the water half out, and also a dry land area. Do you have a filter going?

The only water movement is a small pump with some sponges in it. There is a ramp of rocks going from the land to water, so they could be half in and out there

I think it will work for the toads. Like i said don't put anything you would care a lot about. If you can, up your lights and add some floating plants like duckweed, azolla, salvinia, etc.
