Good HOB Filter for a 75 Gallon???

You won't find anything better in terms of a HOB filter than an Aquaclear. Get two AC70s or one AC110. It's worth spending a few more bucks now than upgrading to one eventually and having a used filter in the closet/garage.

Given you'll have silver dollars, which are messy fish, the increased mechanical filtration of an Aquaclear is what I'll look for.

I love how many people enjoy the aquaclear. I've had over 20 of these filters and I will honestly say I will never buy a different hob. Although I do like the look of the new fluvals

I've owned a lot of hob filters, but aquaclear is by far the best. Can't beat its simple look either.
