Isn't a monster fish in a 30 gallon tank an oxymoron? You can put any juvenile monster fish in a 30, but not for very long.

depends if your talking monster in size or attitude. so not really... look at Exodons. They will back piranha's into a corner. maybe small (max 3.5") but definitely monster in attitude... you can have about (10) in a 30g, but only that species. they will murder any other fish.

thanks for the suggestions im havent seen exodons ill have a look in aus i would like a few SA leaf fish knowing good ol auzzie land i cant get them or they will be like $500

by the way its 3 foot so does that make it a long and actually 33 gal 42ish x 32ish x 92ish
