Good place to buy surge protectors?

you can get a simple one like that at any hardware store. If you have a frys electronics store near you they have good deals on big ones, and you can also check computer supply places like CDW or Tigerdirect.com. I Usually get mine at walmart:)
 
I get mine at Menards when they are on rebate. I get them for a buck.
 
dam 1/2 of these stores u guys are mentioning i have never heard of. i have never seen a menards in cali or the firt couple of stores rallysman mentioned. wish i had a menards cus thats a goooood deal
 
I really like the "Tripp-Lite" power bus strips that JEHMCO sells. Heavy duty and made of metal, you can get them 24" to 72" long, 15 or 20 amp circuit breakers, and up to 24 outlets. The one I have is 36" long with 12 outlets. I always have extra outlets to plug in pumps for water changes, new "toys" or whatever. :D www.jehmco.com

Since you are located in Rowland Heights, you should just go to Fry's off crossroad. They have plenty from small to big. there is also a walmart right off Azusa and Gale which you should find plenty of also.
 
Try Staples or Office Depot etc.

Just remember that type is not much of a surge surpressor.

If you are wanting to protect equipment look at better units. Min $65 & up.

If you just want a power strip you found it.

Just keep it up out of the way of water run-off.
 
Tripp Lite and APC make some of the most highly regarded surge protectors. Buy.com has specials on APC once in a while, Newegg.com sells Tripp Lite.

NEVER buy a Curtis surge protector.
