Hey I was looking at that bolbitus stuff and I was wondering if it can tolerate the low lighting conditions in my aquarium? If it does, would it blot out any light getting to the anubius I already have in there?

Yeah ive got some java moss in my shrimp tank that I need to thin out, I might stick some of that in there.

Thanks that riccia looks pretty cool. If I were to tie it down would eventually grow roots on the driftwood? Also you mentioned that it does not grow naturally submerged, would being totally submerged be a problem? And I could change the lighting in the aquarium very easily so if it doosnt do well in low light I could get it some higher lighting.

Hey I just thought of something that might be a problem, gambusia affinis grazes on algae and the riccia appears very much like algae when it is not grown out. If I were to start the riccia at a small size do think the mosquitofish would eat it?
