I just bought a 55 myself. Tank, stand, and a penguin 400 bio-wheel filter for $50....but no top lights or accessories. I'd have paid the extra just for the tops and lights.....

It's definetly a fair price, if you like it and have the funds get it. As you stated you can sell the angelfish. A proven breeding pair can bring a pretty good price.
