This is true. I visit many local fish stores and canvas around for prices. So many different prices for different brands. And as a local fish store, you have overheads expenses that needs to be addressed when listing prices for your inventory. Also depends on geographical areas, i.e., storefront lease would be more expensive in Beverly hills, than in the plains of Montana. If I see something I like, I shop around, compare it, and if the store owner has great persona, then I would buy from there.Ornatapinnis said:I believe that, this is my regular every day price. When All Glass or one of my distrubutors runs specials, we sell them for less.
My point was, not knowing specifically what is included for that price, (brand name, series of cabinet etc... ) tHe question can not be accuratly answered.
One local fish store very near to my house I visited once, had this experience. The sales clerk ask if I need help, and I replied "just looking". His remark was, gotta pay $5.00 just to look. I walked out of that store so fast, and never came back. Back to topic, if the store is great, and the sales is not bitter, then I definitely become a regular and purchase more from that store, not just tanks. I am so old, I have so many stories to share. DAYUM!!!
