I guess. Just don't see how a 4 inch fish is big. I don't keep aro's and other huge fish either, but 4 inches isn't big. For a 25 hex maybe but not big.

well, he said "big for a cory cat" . . . so I suppose technically, that's true . . . for his hex, he could be better with 3 of the smaller species of cory cat . . .
 
It would be better to go with shrimp or snails for a tank that size, that way you don't have to worry about overstocking it and ending up with a bigger problem than you had to begin with.
 
otocinclus are small so they get all the nooks and crannies
