I would go with some silver dolors of something like that, no more Cichlids unless you go with smaller ones like a con or firemouth, if you go for a pleco make sure it's got lots of hiding spots or is big enough your O can't eat it, the last thing you want is to have to try and get a pleco unstuck from you O's mouth.

for catfish look in to Synodontis Eupterus's. They reach about 8-9". Get two big ones in there and that would look awsome!!!
I would recommend a Black banded Leporinus or Red tail tinfoils I have them in with two Oscars and they are great together. Plus they clean up what the Oscars spit out. keeps the food debris down a lot. I hated my pleco in with them they are just as dirty as teh Oscars.
