what size tank ?
lose the flying foxes coolie loaches and mabye the clowns they grow very slow but could grow big enough to avoid being eaten. also lose the golden gourami, the monnlight will last longer but will still be out grown eventually clown knifes get around 24'' min in captivity and can get 30'' in tanks and 40'' in the wild the black ghost knife may get beat up or killed by the clown the rest of the tank mates look fine
as for jack dempsys they really aren't as aggressive and most will say there are very aggressive jack dempsys out there but most are pretty mild mannerd both of mine are this way so i'd say you could try a jack dempsy a male to if your tank is big enough they really aren't as aggressive twords other fish then they are twords other cichlids but compared to other cichlids there not very aggressive at all so there worth a shot
