So I have my 150 in storage at my dads right now and I was looking to trade or sell it for a smaller 5 foot tank. So a guy emails me and said he would trade his 4 foot 110 xhigh for my 150. It would be tank, stand, lights, and tops. Good trade or should I hold on to the 150

Well, a 5' tank is an odd footprint - 75s, 90s and 120s all use the 4' footprint. So if you hold out for that 5' you may be waiting for awhile.

And if the largest tank you could house is a 5' tank and you're not using your 150g then I think it is a good trade because you're trading an unusable tank for something that you can use.

Well I have my 75 running with a pair of grammodes but with a 110 would I be able to add anything with them like a la ceiba freddy that I have growing out

If you have a 75g then you're really not gaining anything but water volume. Yes that is always nice but if you're looking to add then you'd be better off with a larger footprint.

Yea it sucks because I passed on a 5 foot 110 a month ago.

Kid said he will throw in a complete 40 gallon setup along with the 110

i would go for that if you can't keep the 150 if you are getting two complete set ups, or you could sell the 150 and do a DIY plywood tank with front viewing glass so you can have the 5' long foot print

If its what you want do it. Its all up to you. If the 150 is in storage and you cant use it...what good is it? If you can set up the 110...then there shouldnt be a ?
