yeah those are good. centipedes really bring out their colors from what ive been reading on the asian aro forums. dont know where you can buy it... might have to look in your backyard
 
yes i recommend centipedes also!!! but i havent got to that stage yet. . . u should try crayfish, make sure you cut off their arms though!!
