If you have explained it, I can't find it. And no, Ballin said you were talking about Oppression, not that it equals Racism. See below:

what he's referring to is oppression. racism is at it's most damaging when a group in power oppresses the targeted group. impossible for the minorities to do that. of course anyone can discriminate and hate on anyone but that doesn't always lead to oppression

I still welcome an explanation. I like you man, I'm not trying to bash you but you're asserting (what in my opinion is) a wildly incorrect fact and telling everyone to accept it because a professor taught it in a class...

It's difficult to define a subjective multifaceted trait of human behavior. But I know it when I see it.

Klan, skinheads and country clubs that don't allow non whites - all racists.
Most racists you'll meet are the most ignorant people in the world and their views are created by isolation. Fortunately that is slowly going away as people interact and are exposed to more cultures than in the past.

Joking on a stereotype is less clear as in this pic. Was it a black employee of google joking around? Totally innocent mistake? Has this happened before? I'm not quick to judge without knowing more.
