wizzin Do you use the full version at your work? I was wondering cos i was thinking of getting the full version but would like to know what features the full version offers? SPANKS!

yes, I use the pro version. Theres some cool differences, though I don't know them all off hand since I don't use the free version. Pro has a terrain feature that allows you to sculpt mesh into a terrain. I think most of the other differences are in export functions. Theres a tool with pro 6 called "layout" which allows you to create presentation pages from your models.

Honestly, unless you're going to make money off the work you do in sketchup, the free version is just fine.

Here's a finished model I just did that was created in sketchup, ported to viz, then rendered in vray.

wow that is beautiful. Got some serious skills. I did had a class last year on building 3d models and rendering them and all the riverting stuff. Its kinda cool. Its like lego but you can make ANYTHING.

Downloaded it, its really easy to use but if I read what to do I would be easier again, I did a basic picture of my tank to scale in about 5 mins without reading anything. Just type the measurement in and your half done, easy as that. I cant get the picture on here though, wrong file and I can copy to paint.

So instead I did another one:grinno:
