Goonch 2 month update

Update on my goonch from tonight. I have been working alot of ot lately and have had large feeders in the tank for it while I have not been able to keep up on reg feeding schedule. It has really started to bulk up! Grown a bit in length but the bulk is crazy.

Also when I had it on sand it would spit out the sand no problem. Now on the rocks no issues either.

It continues to grow much faster then I thought it would. A few pics from christmas

What are you mainly feeding it friend of mine got one and cant get it to eat any advise will help Thanks?

Right now due to a busy work schedule I have just been doing feeders. Otherwise I feed it shrimp and fillets mainly.

If he just got it it could take a while before it starts eating. From my experience young ones <6" usually start eating within a few days and anything larger could take a week up to a month before it starts eating. One of mine didn't eat for 2 months and all I did was transfer it from a smaller tank to a much bigger one.
