I have 50 bucks i get tomorrow for birthday money :headbang2, God bless parents and birthdays, and I have 2 ideas what i want to do with it, Start my livebearer breeding project > http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=91239 or Buy a 70 gal so i can keep a oscar I have been wanting for ages?

I really want the 55 gal but I can sell my endlers for a hefty profit which will pay for my 70 gal. I need help..
 
Go with the 75Gal tank, once u finally have it set up, i guarantee u will wish u went bigger.

50$ isnt going too far though, i think u should find a piggy bank and save it, until u have 500$ then get sumthin awesome! 120G?
 
Lol, I wish that was the case. I've goto pay for guitar lessons, 60 bucks each. I would save but I'd end up using it on Guitar lessons. I'm too young to get a damn job, I hate being 12, but soon to be 13 in a day, so i want to get it as soon as possible.
 
I was talking with dad and it turns out he's going to buy me the tank and i'll get the things for it bit by bit.
 
I'd go to the strip club. But on the fish side. the bigger the tank the better, but I wouldn't do it for an oscar.. but thats just me
 
i like the oscar idea. he would be fine in a 70gal. your livebearer project sounds great too. but if it were me, i would do the oscar tank and put it in your room and put a "beware of oscar" sign on your door.
 
Go for the O!!!!!!!!!!!! and a 75 gal tank.

Check your local classifieds for cheap tanks. Yesterday on Craigslist i found a 75 + glass top + double hood+ 380 ish gph canister filter + metal stand for $150. I began to beg my parents to put an addition on the house, so that i could have a place to keep an O.
----And they told me that i should stop wasting my money/mind on fish and start spending it on tuition for a real college, you know state rather than community.-- at this point i'd rather drop out of college and get a job in the aquarium business, somewhere....
 
Guys the kids 13 he cant get in and anyways what can you do with $50 bucks at a strip club buy a couple drinks and thats about it.



But I would get the 75 you'll be happier with it since i got my 55 im replacing it with a 75. If I were you though id check craigslist to see if you could fins a deal on a tank to make your money stretch. Cause ive seen 100 gallons with a stand lights and a filter for like 100 bucks just cause people need to get rid of them
