Got a brown knife and some questions

There is a Brown Ghost Knife (Apteronotus Leptorhynchus). Similar to a Black Ghost Knife (Apteronotus Albifrons), but the color (obviously) and the head is more elongated, but it is still confused with a BGK from time to time.

Ah OK. I was wondering as I hadn't seen the brown ghost in years, as I recall the head was similar to a black ghost but it didn't have the long black ghost tail.

I see that they can grow to about 12"

and they eat frozen food and pellets and are shy fish, they normally eat at night when the lights go out. That might be why you don't see him eat
