amazing tank. do you need to do paperwork to keep these sharks or is it unregulated? i've dived with every species you have there and black tips (of the non-reef variety) are one of my favorite sharks. i often see them traveling with tuna schools. very cool.

Regulations fall on those collecting them. You need state permits and sometimes federal permits to bring them in from the wild.

Not illegal.. there are just some restricted species you can't keep. Most of the typical private aquarium type sharks are very legal to have.
