I have wanting this gimp lil poly at petsmart for like a week now...he is missing one of his flipper fins (as I call them LOL) This is the SMALLEST one I have ever seen! He is currently in a 10gal which is only half way full and I still have a hard time finding him LOL
Here's some pics, the dark circle shape in two of the pics is a penny, just for size reference. Seriously SMALL fish...LOL enjoy! Pretty sure he is a senegal. I have named him Kickstand :grinyes:

Its a lil itty bitty senegal. It also looks like it still has external gills and juvi horizontal stripes-Anne
 
The pictures suck can't see the detail of the external gills or much of anything.
Better quality please.

He doesn't have external gills amazingly enough. He is very stripey and cute though :)

He has been eating good, his lil belly has fattened up. I gave him some frozen blood worms, and am gonna give him some beef heart in a few mins.

I will attempt some better pics later tonight, I didn't have time to get the outside of the 10gal cleaned off, and it wasn't easy with a 2 year trying to climb on me, *6 months preg*, and being utterly exhausted from cleaning the 75gal and the 60gal.

I didn't feel like telling everyone about my fish with out some type of pictures to go with it, whats the point? Atleast its something.
 
Nice score! Especially since you're helping a differently-abled bichir!

I just found a new home for a 12" female lapradei that had her right pectoral fin bitten off by one of her siblings when they were 6". She grew to be bigger than them faster :D
