Got a new Plec, help identify.

is there any form of pattern on it?

It's yellow like Davo's pic, I am checking eyes.

No bristles, eyes are very small still, but look reddish.

Probably one of the many albinos commonly available right now. Does it have any patterns?? Check the dorsal for patterning.

I don't really see any pattern. I thought that Albino means no pigment whatsoever?

yea it does but there are non pure (i guess) albinos where you can see where there pattern would be. if its got read eyes, its just a not so white albino

I think they're red, but he's still small. I was thinking leucistic, like someone said. Is that a possibility?

ive never seen a leucistic pleco, and have mentioned if anyone else had seen them but didnt get much of a response

Albino plecos can still have a pattern. Mostly on the dorsal. A LFS has the occasional albino marble horn plecos, and the dorsal will be the off white color, and transparent making a pattern.

I've never seen a leucistic pleco either. Never even heard of one.
