I posted a little while back about my trimacs spawning well...

My wild Amphilophus festae from Rapps have paired off :)

Hopefully we will have eggs soon.

I made a boneheaded mistake with my last batch of trimacs and killed all the fry. They have since spawned again and I won't make the same mistake twice ;)
 
You would have to ask him now, as I bought 6 fish about 2 months ago when they were a lot smaller (1.5 - 2"). I *believe* he has the same batch listed on his site as 3.5 - 4" wild Ecuador for $20 each. Don't take that as gospel though because I don't know what he has, what he had, what he is going to have, I'm just guessing based on what I bought and when I bought them.

I still have all 6 fish, these two just recently paired off.
 
gorgeous pair.. wow congradulations.. i am hoping my sevs breed soon..they paired off but so far not much going on..
 
wow those are nice!!! theyre colors are amazing:headbang2, i really like this fish, when i take them out of the river they shine like gold!! lol trust it seem to be gold in fire:D you got a very nice pair, with nice colors!!!


if they breed and you have survivors can you give me one???:) , lol but not in Ecuador cause i already have them like ants, but in like three weeks im going to NJ soo if they breed during february and may can i count with one survivor???:drool: :D
