Im having trouble getting my air tubing to stay on the bypass. i came home yesterday and no air was going to my tank. So I look in the cabinet underneath the tank, and I had water spilling out of my air tube:nilly:. It had popped off the bypass that goes to the pump.

Is there anything I can use to seal the air tubing to the bypass valve? I was thinking about trying some crazy glue or something, but wasnt sure if there is something made for this situation.
The air tubing is standard size and does fit onto the bypass jus fine..But i guess some pressure built up and it blew off.

Let me know if there is a type of sealer for this, b/c i dont want this happening in the future.

go to your local auto parts store.. they have small spring type hose clamps that fit on air line sized hoses.

also get a one way valve connector on your airline to prevent reflux of water as you have experienced

I have one of those. The tube popped off of that.

Im gonna see if i can find the clamps.
Thanks

The clamps will work the best and can be removed very easily if the pump dies. IMHO

clamps FTW

check valves are a must if you have the pump lower than the tank (the instruction on the pump usuially say this as well) without them if the power dies the airlines will syphon the water out of yer tank till you notice or the tank is empty...
