I recomend some changes in the way your keeping it, first its florida cooter Pseudemys floridana, your going to take out the rocks and replace them with a chunk of cork or chunk of mopany wood, that makes a better island and its safer then rocks. Also your going to ad as well some duck weed and elodea. It would be good as well to increase the water level to about 6 cm, as baby turtles feal safer and eat better in deeperish water.

Dont have duck weed and i havent got any substrate atm so elodea cant do but i have a plant in gthere like it just floating (you can see it) and i cant remember the name atm. The wood is a good idea but i only have 1 extra peice and it is small. It can replace 1 of the rocks but not both. The water varies and is probably a little deeper then i said, probably a foot in a half. I have water Hyacinth in there and he floats on and in that so that should do for now and duckweed i can get ahold of next week. Main concern is getting him eating.
