the original super smash bros was the best, smash bros with any other controller would suck, i wanna play as sonic and all those other new people.

can't say i agree with you. IMO SSBM was the best. More responsive, air dodge, side b attacks, charge a attacks, more characters. SSBM was the best! Although at the time SSB was revolutionary
 
can you use the n64 controller on the wii to?
 
Mêlée was the stuff!!! The only version I have played, but I liked it a lot :)

no, but you can use gamecube. I like n64 controller, but the joystick wears down really fast, and the L shoulder button is all but impossible to access
 
Sheik anyone?!?!?! Hehe... I have been waiting all the way through this as well. First person I want to try, is hes a starter, is Olimar. Also really want to try Pit. I am also awaiting to see if there is a release of an Animal Crossing character. The characters have a level, so if there is already an AC level, where is the character? In the update for the Multi Man Melee, they had the pic of the gold character, with what looked liked horns, most of the other figures look like characters, so maybe this horned one is based on an AV character.
 
i want some more unknown game characters, like marth and roy in the last one
