So, I've got my large plywood build which currently has 1 large 20"+ black arowana, and I have a 12"-14" albino silver arowana. The approval, was that I can get 2 more to go for a community. So, the question to your guys is, do you get another black and a silver or 2 silvers? I'm excitedd and had to share somewhere. Going to take time to find 2 that I love and introduce the trio with the big guy.

I like blacks. Congrats on the approval.
Predatory fins had an albino available recently. Monster may have some too.

I saw Monster has some blacks. Messaged them, $280 and they are currently doing flat shipping of $10 on orders over $150. Assuming we are talking the NYC shop. I'm going to buy a pair local here in Houston though.

Hao has kept multiple aros. Dn keeps a lei.

Tank mates and multiple aros were mentioned somewhere in there.

I saw that thread and while helpful, not sure how they would do with 3 other Arowana in the tank or if people have done them that way. Hopefully Hao or DN can assist with that thought. I do know Lei are typically more peaceful.
It's been done before by some people including me. It'll come down to the temperament of the fish itself. Only way is to try it yourself and be prepared to separate it things go bad. My advice would be start with a South American aro community first and introduce the lei last (ideally leichardti should be smallest).

Thanks Hao, I may just go with another black and a silver then in that case. Lei are harder to come by and would possibly need to be special ordered.
