If ("if") it is Lymph, Lymph is viral. Viruses are not treatable with any over the counter med, just like colds in humans, it is the immune sytem, that must overcome the disease.
So water changes are about the only reliable thing to be done to help bolster the immune system.
I would try to reduce nitrate to 5 ppm or less with lots of water changes.
But I'm anal about excess nitrate being the underlying cause (stressor) for just about anything that creates disease in fish, except maybe, the lack of quarantine..
