Got gifted some snakes. Any ideas what they are

I am really not sure what I am doing with them yet. They are set up in a 10 gal with leaf litter and some moss and such. I know i can not keep 20 of them but I dont know if I can release them being that the were technically Captive born.
If anybody close wants a couple just let me know.
I have a tank full of snails ( one of my darts tank) I am going to start dropping them in with them and see what happens.

Well technically they are native in your state. But I don't know if that would justify releasing them.
