Ok I goofed last post not understanding right category since I'm not selling.

still interested in buying:

hornwort
guppy grass
green foxtail
elodea egeria
loose pothos vines, the longer the better

Can do Paypal.

PM if you can hook me up.

(there is no option for State for Washington D.C. I used Maryland as default. There should be District of Columbia in the pull down list.).

Head to lowes or home depot. They have pothos and arrowhead really cheap. Clean off the roots and put roots in tanks. Works great and much cheaper.

Yep, and I can attest to doing that, as that is what I'm doing right now. If you can get a huge pothos (especially Golden), you can really get it to grow well. as long as there is strong light.

Great for use with large cichlids that destroy any plants. I use alot of pothos, arrowhead, and duckweed.

If you go back to "More Tank Pics Updated" thread to the early pages you'll see the pothos I grew submerged. My severum and acaras wrecked it by stripping the leaves and eating the roots. Salad. But I don't have those now, lol

I've only done submerged with small fish. I only use roots with the larger cichlids. Lots of posts about hurting fish if eaten. Did you have any issues with the fish that ate it?

Nope. they loved their salad. My pair of acaras that would nest in it then rip leaves and munch. My green Severum Chip would eat the roots and swim around with a piece of leaf in his mouth.

When my oscar was a juvie he would sleep in the vines and drag them around.
