Petenia Splendidas are finally in! The box had water POURING out of it but all 4 fish were ok (although one of the females barely had enough water left to cover her gills). I just spent 2 hours slowly drip acclimating them and now they are in the tank. So far my 8" severum is continuously trying to pick a fight with the slightly smaller newcomers, and even a small chocolate (barely an inch over eating size for these snooks) is trying to provoke them. Although I doubt any serious aggression will ever take place, I think that it would be best to seprate these 2 into a different tank and leave a 125 with splendidas as a centerpiece.
Ok, GTG... Gotta run to LFS to buy some feeders
I'll have some pics posted in a few days once snooks are finished settling in 
P. S. BTW, I bought these fish from Davesfish.com. I know Dave from another forum I used to friquent. His specialty is African cichlids but apparently he gets everything in. Dave is a great guy and I highly recommend him to everyone

I gave them some rosies as a "house welcoming gift" and they went crazy grabbing 3-4 fish at the time! Then all 4 were swimming and making chweing motions for about half an hour so. Finally one grew tired of chewing, opened his maw and released 3 rosie reds -- UNHARMED
