Mate how is your jardini. Hope his doing fine:)
i will be a getting a jardini his week it will be fun growing him out, he is around 3 inches

Hi mate yeah he's doing fine he keeps tagging my hampala barbs I've put in but no serious damage just a few missing scales , they've been in for a week now and I've still got all six so fingers crossed he'll accept them in time , my new tanks still a couple of weeks off at least so I'm hoping they last until then when they get more space to shoal and break when he decides to charge at them , I know I should have waited until then but I couldn't pass up the deal on the barbs I was offered so I had to take them straight away ;):)
Nice to see your joining club jardini , the grow outs quite fun if you can pellet train and tame one its quite an achievement IMO :D
Look forward to picks being posted of the little fella my LFS has got tiny ones in stock look like they've only just lost the sack (so cute yet so evil lol :D)

I've been following this thread. My little Jar is eating mealworms that are bedded in Spirulina, earthworm, Omega One color flakes and some carni sticks. Once it gets some size on it I'll try pellet training, right now he hits and spits but he shows interest. It's still skittish at ~3.5 inches.

Plenty of time to pellet train yet but if it takes them without the starve method at that size your on a winner
