Hey Evz when treating with salt how often would I add it to the water? I've read 1 tsp for 10 gals. But I'm unclear on if u do it one time between water changes or what. Thanks

If it was me I'd dose the new water your putting in appropriately , so if you did a WC and say took 30gal out just treat for 30gal going back in , if you up your temp a little it'll help break the ich life cycle too , has he been flashing more ? Any signs of sickness on the body fins or eyes ?

I can see a dark discoloration in 2 spots on his side. U can only see when the light hits right. But I can't tell if it is a damaged scale or external parasite like fish louse?? So I'm watching and have only used melifix and salt so far
