So I call, really pissed again, and let the owner know. Shipping companies fault??. He tells me he'll get it picked up and they will repair the damage. I am a little worried about getting a shattered overflow "repaired". But he assures me they do it all the time, they router it off of the side and replace it with a new one.
*My overflow takes up the entire side wall of the tank*.

He lets me know it shouldnt take more than week. About 2 weeks go by, and I'm wondering whats going on. I call and leave a message. He promptly calls me back and lets me know there was a delay and that it should go out soon. Couple days later, he calls me and lets me know its shipping out.

End of September - 3rd tank arrives - I dont let the shipping company leave and I check it on the spot - thoroughly. There is a giant imprint of 2 pallet forks on the side of the tank and damage to the pallet. Im about to explode. Thankfully it was well packed and this time, there looks to be no damage. All the bulkhead holes are correct, I dont see any defects and the bow is just minor - which is to be expected.

So after 10 months, I have a nice looking Tenecor Tank.

Its currently sitting on the stand in my house. I have everything bought for it.
Thats really the one thing that pissed me off the most. Back in February I had bought all the equipment, Reeflow Darts, Eheim 2262's, and all the plumbing. For 8 months all that stuff just sat in my house unused.

When im done with this round of work trips, I'll get it put together, prolly wont take me more than a day or two. I'll post up pics when its done and **hopefully** it wont leak =)

If I decide to deal with Tenecor again, which is possible, (The tank does look really nice when its all done right) - I will only call the owner. If you want to know how to talk to him, I can tell you a trick I discovered.

2 Trucks have to deliver a tank that big , and they deliver during the day when I have to be at work - I cant just sit there, unwrap everything slowly and inspect everything. So yes, I waited till the next day.

geez! what an experience. glad you finally got it all figured out. cant wait to see pics!

What you have to realize is that since you have a life outside this forum, and you were attending it, there are folks here that think this forum is their life. They cannot fathom you not posting every new development. Look at the amount of their posts compared with the time they have been active on this forum........
LOL, I'm glad someone else notices that too.

Wow,3 tanks and 10 months later...........WOW!
I'm glad you finally got it. What are you planning on keeping in it?

I designed the tank to be a river tank - all the water flowing in one direction.

I have around 90 loaches, including 65+ clown loaches. Many Ive had for 5yrs+.

It will be a loach tank, mainly wood and rocks with black sand. Prolly have some rainbow fish and different barbs for dithers. I like to keep all the fish in a tank from the same region.

My "Monsters" are my clown loaches.

Glad you finally got your tank! Sorry you had such a poor experience - definitely sympathize with you. Anyways, when you do have it set up, please post some pictures.

Sounds like a cool tank, I have a group of clown loaches that I have had a little over 5 years. Loaches are a cool fish but you need patience.

Right on , im glad you got it all fixed up and straightened out with them.
