Got my Tank!!!

very nice tank! but grainy pics.. is that a Venustus in there? oh lord lol.. i hope you have better luck than i did with one-i had one i raised with mbuna, then he went psycho at around 4 or so inches -he was male (ok, his sexual maturity and horomones kicked in) and he starting eating fish left and right.. they dont do well with mbuna-they are piscovores (they eat fish in nature) and if they can cram it in their mouths they will.. mine was around 9 inches long..
you probably will have to get rid of it- they are usually kept with other large haps.
also, not to rain on the parade (sorry lol) but that gt will get over a foot long-they get monsterous.. he'll have to go too..and the snails will get eaten by the mbuna (they looove snails! none make it in my tank lol)

I am aware of the GT's and Aro's personal issues. The GT will be sold when he is around 6-7" and the aro is also a temporary inhabitant. I look at it like this, I love fish, I like getting to know a certain species, if I can buy a fish for say 10-15 bucks, watch him and enjoy watching him grow than one day I will sell him when I cannot help him anymore for say 20-30 dollars to a more suitable set up and that is worth it for me. I also picked up a red zebra today. agression is not existent at this point in time.
