I had to wait for almost 10 months but finally it was here....my new big tank.
The size is 250 x 80 x 50 cm. It's filtered by a big Eheim filter and has 6 TL8 and 4 TL5 for lighting...but not all lights will be used.

It's currently cycling with a few small fish. When the plants start growing and the bacteria culture has taken hold in the filter I'll start adding more fish.

love that riverbank look

Here is a list of the fish that are probably gonna inhabit the tank.

-Barbus pentazona
-Barbus titteya
-Trichogaster leerii
-Colisa lalia
-Trichopsis pumila
-Badis badis
-Betta unimaculata
-Pangio kuhli
-Hara jerdoni
-Botia sidthimunki
-Macrobrachium assamensis (shrimp)

Currently 20 Rasbora borapatensis are already swimming around in my tank.
Funny to see 20 small fish (about 5 cm) in a tank that's 250 cm big :D
They are like: "We're free....freeeeee"

Where did you get that wood? I love that look! I want something like that to produce a mangrove estuary look.

Hey Annieka,

good looking tank! After all the problems it shure looks amazing. I hope your happy with it. I would have gotten some other fish for the tank though ;) But with that background the rooms is pretty limited for bigger fish, for smaller fish it must be like paradise.
