its all in the store & the people that frequent it.

I have an LFS here that charges twice what the one 2 miles away does, but they cater to the little old ladies that live nearby & dont want to go that far.

I go in there once in a while just to see if they are still open. besides the kittens are cuter there.

Depending on the color varient dwarf gouramis ar $5-8 and black neons $2-2.50 here.

Great, one of the $9 gouramis was dead this morning. It was the red one. Didn't look so good when DH brought it home anyways. Called the store and they do not guarentee any fish. I hate getting ripped off!

wow i wish any of the petstores around here sold discus, ive been to 4 different ones and only one store sold them and they were 60 dollars.

I've seen discus on the internet for over $1000.00 for a three inch fish! I didn't mess up on the price either.
