Got Some New Piranhas Today

ha, no... i only take what i want, then my lfs sells the rest. i only left em with a couple this time.
What do you know about pirahnas... could you give me info on how to set up my tank>?

sea level in hopkins... they never have anything but baby red bellys in stock, but since i buy all of my other stuff from there, we have been working for months to get a couple shipments of serras in. it's a smaller store, but they always have some good oddball stuff and a decent selection of saltwater fish. it is next to impossible to find piranhas in minnesota, i haven't found a single store that stocks anything but extremely overpriced red belly babies... i did however find out that twin cities reptiles in st. paul always has reds in stock and sells them for $5 apiece. if you're lookin for serras, i can let you know when they get the next shipment in and what they got so that you don't waste a trip out there. where you located?

haha, hell yeah it's addicting. for piranha tanks alone i have my red belly tank and then i have my elongatus... i've had them for awhile, then i have the three separate tanks set up with the gold spilo, the sanchezi, and the eigenmanni, and i have three more empty and waiting (i have more that can be set up if the shipment is nice and i go crazy). i've had one tank set up for a rhom for months now so that once i found one, i could bring it right home, but i haven't been able to find one that i like, so hopefully this shipment will bring me something good cuz i'm getting tired of looking at that empty tank.stevelamby;1546229; said:I knew I recognized that name and dog avatar. yeah, i know where woodbury is, i can definitely let you know when they get that shipment and what came in case you wanna go check them out. the owner and the other 2 guys that work there are good people, they know their stuff and take good care of their fish. you can usually save a few bucks by goin to the big box stores, but i'll pay a few bucks extra for great customer service and to help keep stores like that around.ductTAPE;1546264; said:
