well most of them some are not needed.... hell i did and many books and website articles and talked to this person and that person... research is key to success......

btw im waiting for the picture updates......

i'll get on to it soon buddy, ive got a new tank coming in a few week's so i'll do a load of pic's then :D

thanks, i did read the stickies, and the tank iam talking about would not be for vary long just so i can either move my RTCXTSN into something bigger freeing up the 125g(6'X18"X20")or buy a larger tank, the place iam getting it from is haveing a half off sale on fish, instead of $200 for a ray its $100 so i need to act fast if i whant one:D, i know my water is bad thats my main problem, i was going to use the RODI unite but doing WCs every few days it wont last long at all(and it takes 3 hours to fill a 5g bucket!)dos anyone keep rays in sutch a high PH? is TDS important for them?i have had silver aros, dat, fire & tire track eels, Pbass in my water all fine(though i did loose two aros right after purchase for no reason)also iam not worried about amonia, nitrate ect i can take a buntch of scrubbies out of the wetdry from my 125 and sence it has been up for 1 1/2 years its well seeded with bacteria,

ray will acclimate to high ph.....
