Got stung..

Today i got stung by my ray, when moving him out the tank one of the stingers came out of him but i thought i would leave it in the bag thinking nothing of it. So i got home and he went in fine and then i started to squeeze the bag to get all the water out completly forgetting there was a 2inch barb in there and of coures it got stuck i my little finger and it was the worst pain ive ever felt! but my question is can you tie there stingers up?
Ill post pic later of my puffed finger and the barb.
 
I got stung last month. Run it under hot water and just deal with the pain for 3-4 hours. My enter point is still healing.
 
soak it in hot water and salt solution for about 30 min. then you're gonna have to cringe through 6-8 hours of pain. if there is a red line running up your arm GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM IMMEDIATELY there IS venom in the stinger fyi so it would be best if you went to the hospital anyways.

I didnt go, what if there is a red line as i have one!! it very fin and only a few cm long????
