I had three fish die moments after feeding them toad tadpoles, so you have to be sure that they are frog tadpoles. I have a tank with both and I can't tell the difference. Toad eggs are laid in strings and slightly negatively boyant, but tree frog eggs are individual and free floating.

i havent seen a toad in the backyard so i think im ok.
i do have a ton of tree frogs tho.
im actually going to have to catch a bunch and relocate them.lol
Wow I need to try that soon if tadpoles are really that good to the fish. I will rember to put some water in a bucket before I go to sleep here in a few.
