Well I got the tank up and slowly adding water. I say slowly because the back left corner was about 1/2" off the styofoam. Sooo I shimmed up the bottom, but now the back left half of the stand is off the ground. I have to shim the whole thing. Basement floor sucks. The TANK is level, but the stand isnt.

Shims are in place as needed : ) this is taking forever lol. Thanks guys! Its not necessarily going to fall I just didnt want any excess stress weight on the tank.

Progressing nicely & looking good. I like the sump idea and bet it'll work great. How many cubic feet, or possibly gallons, does 1500 bio balls equal up to?
Thanks a lot scott. The stock tank is a 100 gallon. I thiiiink the 1500 bioballs are 20 gallons? I could be wrong. I probably am. But then again, 1500 1.25" plastic balls would probably fill a 20 gallon tank. Ill keep these updates coming. Ive been debating about using that small diameter middle hole for the overflow for my drip system : )
