Thanks well i primed the stand with red oxide with my gravity feed hvlp ..I am experimenting on the colors with Acrylic water based paints i am going to roll 3 caotes of the green all over the stand then mix a little acrylic waterbased clear with Flake then put two coates of clear to protect the flake heres a couple pics...I love it !!!!!!!!!

Any plans to paint the bottom of the tank? I would suggest flat black latex, if you didnt already have that in mind.
