Got these 2 from PETSMART. Is this A real Red Texas?

They are both Kamfa Flowerhorn. These fish have Texas in them but they are not Red Texas.

Water, some in the batches come out with thick silk pearling.

Oh, nice to know lol. Thai Silk mixed FH's are overrated..

We've been seeing a lot down here with the silk thai markings. The second one looks like the one I picked up awhile back and then traded, it had more golds and browns in the coloring. Nice looking fish. The first one does look kml too, mutt mixes likely, still very nice looking. Keep an update going, I'd like to see how they grow out.

Its just that silk is being added to everything because it makes them look more pearly. At certain point it gets old seeing. Yours are still nice though.

I don't really like him but the women does. He's alright Im sure he will big cool when he's bigger I wish his "pearls" had a red texas pattern to them I'm more into Ebjd so this is close can't seem to find anybody around here that has them
