I'm thinking about it but i'm not sure.I have as many plans for the 55 gallon as the tanks volume.I thought of putting a wolffish,or a oscar,or mollies,or a community tank,or leaving the parrot fish in there,or taking the goldfish my girlfriend doesn't want and putting them in there.She has a black morre that would be perfect.Like i feel so sorry for her fish.She has a 3"-4" black morre,and 3 4"-4" 1/2 comet goldfish in a 10 gallon tank!!!!I told her get them ither in a bigger tank or give them away asap.She's had them for 2 years.Is their growth stunted?Should I even bother with these fish or just tell he to give them to the lfs?The black morre is super cute though.But I mean these fish can barely turn around in this small tank and she has to clean it constantly.
Yeah, you should take the black morre and put it in one of your smaller tanks. I don't really like oscars, but then again, it's your tank. I personally think they're kinda ugly,

I've seen some pretty big mollies...about 3 or 4 inches, you could get a few of them (at leaste they wouldnt come close to out growing your tank), some cool ones i saw the other day were black with tiny white speckles (i thought it would be cool to give your black on black idea some variation) and they had long trailing fins.
the ghost knife are really cool too.

i've got 5 black mollies in the 55 right now
i'm thinking of adding the babies in with the others would they be ok?
they are only about 1/2 inch long will they be ok?
because i'm playing a spot 4 10 days and their water is kinda cloudy so i'm doing 20% water changes like twice a week i'm worried if i stay gone 10 days it would be bad
will they be ok with the adults?

Wish I could help, but don't know much about mollies. I hope everything's going good for your tanks though. You can always buy one of those little breeder nets that you stick inside your tank...
Yeah update the tanks are doing well.I just scored a 20 gallon with stand,filter,heater,air pump thingy and 2 1 gallon betta bowls so now more gothic style tanks.This new 20 galon really inspires me because the stand is iorn and kinda destressed looking but still usable and the tank looks old like i don't know how to explaine it but it's sealed different than my other tanks so yeah.I'm planning a saltwater with this one.Davey_8313
any ideas on all black salt water fish for this tank?I figure 1 all black fish and 1 or 2 clownfish is all that i'll put in the 20 gallon.And i'm getting black gravel for the betta bowl i plan on putting white bettas in them so it'll be a nice contrast.
