there great with kids to bro.

I love pits i have 2 ovea hea they are great with my kid age 5 n 2 it not the dog it the foo be hide the dog

I have heard and seen house raised pitts. My bro had 2 well taken care of pitts. The Female flipped out one day and killed the male and was cought fighting the other male. 2 were paid for and the last male was found and he gave him a home. Lived happy for 3 years and were the friendliest doggs... till she had to be put to sleep.

That was just another reason why not to get a pit with my kids in the house too.

Ill say it again, they were well taken care of (lots of runs on the beach, exercise was always there as my bro was so close to getting in the Cage, food, always had people around them even his wife (she didnt have to work)) doggs... they were trained (basics, nothing fancy) and always looked happy. None of us know what happened that day except blood everywhere.

So, thats why I wont take that chance... now Armatus and Goliath or something in a closed area... its on

I think they're ugly. And I hate those spiked collars some of the ones in the pics have. I don't know about other dog owners, but I know I trip over my dogs multiple times a day; if my dogs were wearing those collars, I would probably cut up my legs so bad they'd have to be amputated.

We have three kids in our home, a 16, 9 and 3 year old. True pit bull and bully types were bred to be people friendly, a lot of breeders have capitalized on the man eater pit bull fad. There are still dogs that are very trustworthy as family dogs. They don't look like gotti dogs. http://realpitbull.com/

As long as they dont look like they have been pumped with sterioids I like huge pits. I have a razors edge line blue steel pit. I'll post pics when I get new batteries for my camera
