Gourami looks like its dying=[ help

When I first started keeping my tropical fish, I started with a 75 gallon tank with some baby JD's, and some gourami's..

My gourami did the same thing.. All my water params were fine, and I never lost any other fish from that tank.

I couldn't find the reason he died either.

The possible inbreeding and (if the source was from Asia) hormone induced in it can contribute to sudden failing health issues. Dwarf gouramis are notorious for that. Don't you ever notice how only males are almost always available?
