I may be dumb....can someone tell me how many GPH a AC 110, AC 50,AC 30 on a 55 gallon tank is....thanks

No matter how small the tank is, The filters will still push out there proper GPH. A quick search on Google will help you out. Let me see if i can find the spec's on these filters.

For your tank(turnover rate):
ac 110 (500 gph)= around 9
ac 50 (200)= around 3.5
ac 30 (150)= around 2.7
i recommend using either 2 ac 50, 1 ac 70, 1 ac 110.

the things i dont wanna stop a filter cuz my water quality is perfect and i do not want to effect that. and im wayyyyy over stocked (on purpose to combat fighting) so until they move to my 90 gallon i needed to over filter. stock is my signature...note these are not full grown...largest is 5 inches maybe 7
you can measure your GPH by timing how long it takes to fill a container. Every setup is different based on height and restrictions from different media/cleanliness.
Also, you can't base your filtration on turnover rate or GPH, you need to take into consideration the type of media and filtration method that you're using.
For example, and empty AC110 turns over a lot more water than one full of biomax, but does almost nothing for filtration (extreme example, I know)

I have two AC 70's on my 55g & it's been a great combo, it gives about 600gph which is more than sufficient.
It's helpful having the two because if one goes bad you have the other, also you can clean them at different intervals so the beneficial bacteria stays in flux.
