Grade this flowerhorn

Since I don't have much money at the moment. One going to get this pair then sell the fry for a bit and once I get some more money I will buy or create a better pair.

Sorry for all the questions. But the seller has a red dragon pair for $160. I don't have the money to buy but he said $5-$10 for the fry that are 4-6". Would this be better to get dry and try to pair.

Yeah man I'd skip everything you asked about and go for like 5-6 fries from that pair and have them form a pair.. 4-6" for 5-10$ from that pair? I wanna buy some fries too. I wish.. Great chance fries will be faders. Parents carry fader genes visually.

Honestly I would get the parents. Fry at 4-6" being 5-10 bucks kinda shows that the fry aren't that great..

So the parents are starting to fade? Is that why the pearls don't look that great. Also, does the fact that its a fader add value to a flowerhorn. And the seller is Tich Nguyen. I think his name has been mentions a few times in other topics.

Breeding faders add greater variability to the fry. So, youll probably have to cull more.
As far as adding value - it all depends on the customer. Some people (like me) are suckers for a NICE fader. But, not everybody likes them.

Too bad. He doesn't have any fry any more. I'm getting the fader pair and investing in some more expensive quality FHs later.

Yes the parents are fading. Being a fader doesn't add value. I'm a big fan of quality faders though.
